1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Aura: AI Mood Portrait ("Aura"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Aura provides AI-generated mood portraits, daily zodiac readings, mood tracking, and emotional analytics. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Free tier includes limited features as described in the app.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated portraits created through Aura are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Aura app, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using Aura. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating portraits and providing analytics.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the app, using the service for illegal purposes, or attempting to circumvent subscription restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aura is provided for entertainment and personal wellness purposes. We are not liable for any decisions made based on zodiac readings or mood analytics. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aura at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
