How do I generate a portrait?

Open the app, select your current mood from the 20 available options, choose an art template, and tap "Generate." Your unique AI portrait will be created in seconds.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings, then your Name, then Subscriptions, then Aura to manage or cancel your subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data by going to Settings within the app, or by contacting us at support@auraportrait.app.

Is my data private?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your mood data and portraits are stored securely and never sold to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

The app isn't working properly

Try the following:

  • Ensure you're running the latest version of Aura
  • Check your internet connection
  • Restart the app
